I recently added an RSS feed to my website Nano-Reef.com's forums. What I didn't tell everyone was the whole reason I added it was so I could create a widget that used it.

The widget will pull the last 10 forum posts and display links to them at a user changeable refresh time.

I'm very excited to show my second Dashboard Widget, Asteroids. It's a small, fully playable version of the classic arcade game Asteroids for your Dashboard. It's a complete clone with sound effects and all.

It's version 0.9 beta that I'm releasing. There are still a few issues to work out and I still have to decide on the interface style. Try it out.

The Binary Clock widget is the first widget I created. Nothing too amazing. It is however a widget essential for any self respecting geek and his Dashboard.

Updated: Made version 1.1 to correct CPU load issue when out of view.
